Hosting

This website is served by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare technically processes connection data (such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps) to deliver the page and protect against attacks. Embedded video

The Lost Vessel trailer is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No data is sent to Google until you press play. If you play the video, YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) processes data as described in the Google privacy policy. The legal basis is your action of starting the video (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process the data you provide (your address and the content of your message) to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract. Emails are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and any legal retention duties.

Links to Steam, Discord, GitHub, lost-vessel.com and other external sites only transmit data to those services once you follow them. Their own privacy policies apply there.
